TARGET AUDIENCE AND PRESENTATION
This program is designed for any professional, whether they are a manager, executive, or expert, regardless of their field - Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Logistics, Sales, Production, Customer Service, Research and Development, Quality, Purchasing, Legal, Communication.
It aims to provide a better understanding of the challenges posed by artificial intelligence and data for businesses, with an approach that emphasizes practical questions and case studies.
It has almost become commonplace to talk about the growth of the artificial intelligence and data market, especially with the emergence of generative AI, which adds an exciting new dimension to this constantly evolving landscape.
Every two days, humanity produces as much information as it generated from the dawn of civilization until 2003. More than 90% of the data available today has been produced in the last two years. And this volume of digital information doubles every two years.
In France, the digital mission of large companies launched by the government in 2020 to accelerate the digital transformation of businesses also includes the project "Developing a common strategy on artificial intelligence" among its five major identified priority projects.
This cannot be achieved without providing managers with support in understanding the issues related to AI and Big Data.
This training does not aim to turn all the players in the company into "data scientists" or "data analysts," nor even into experts in AI and machine learning. It aims to provide them with a comprehensive overview of the field of AI. By introducing them to key concepts and practical applications, it enables them to better understand the implications of this emerging technology in their field of activity and to better guide their decision-making processes. This landscape knowledge is essential for them to first know whether to integrate/accelerate an AI and Data approach into their strategic perspectives and, if so, where and how to proceed on this path.
OBJECTIVES
This training will allow you to acquire:
- Understanding and identifying the potential of artificial intelligence and the use of big data for one's organization, including the opportunities presented by generative AI, in order to detect the economic opportunities offered by the use of AI.
- Analyzing the impact of using AI on the organization, taking into account the implications of generative AI, while understanding and anticipating the transformations in human and material resources in order to successfully implement it and ensure the sustainability of the envisaged solutions.
- Structuring a data business model for one's organization by understanding the process of analyzing and processing massive data with the objective of driving growth and adding value for the customer/user.
- Implementing an effective data management practice while considering aspects of security, protection, and quality assurance.
- Identifying the human and ethical considerations of using AI and data, considering the regulatory framework and issues of bias and algorithm robustness, to contribute to the establishment of trustworthy and responsible technological innovations.
